Cancel Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange your item.

Items eligible for return must be unused and in the same condition you received them. The item must also be in its original packaging.

Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund request will be processed and the credit will be automatically refunded to your credit card or to the original payment path within a few days.

Refund overdue or not received (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some processing time before the refund is officially issued.

Next, contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time.

Only regular priced items are refundable, unfortunately sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
